Work

My path so far has run from data engineering to cross-team collaboration on one of the largest streaming entertainment platforms. I started out building data pipelines and billing systems at Chevron, then joined Disney’s self-service ad platform while it was still young and have helped grow it into the product advertisers use to reach audiences on Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+. As a lead individual contributor, I’m still hands-on in the code every day while also leading projects and initiatives that span multiple teams.

California (Remote)

Lead Software Engineer

I lead cross-team projects on Disney’s self-service ad platform, most recently modernizing it to support content bundle offerings, which quickly became a meaningful source of booked revenue. Today I’m leading a redesign of how the platform prices ad campaigns, simplifying the systems behind it.

2022 – 2026

California (Remote)

Senior Software Engineer

I made booking dramatically faster across several systems and built campaign and asset-ingestion features that helped grow the platform’s customer base. I also built team-wide agentic coding workflows and mentored engineers and interns.

2021 – 2022

California (Remote)

Software Engineer

I joined Hulu Ad Manager (now Disney Ad Manager) early in its life, helping shape its architecture and building variable CPM pricing, custom audience targeting and multi-account support for ad agencies.

Chevron

2016 – 2021

2020 – 2021

San Ramon, California

Software Engineer, Corporate Finance

I engineered Chevron’s global aviation fuel billing software, automating monthly billing at airports around the world, and automated its deployments with Azure DevOps and Ansible.

2018 – 2020

San Ramon, California

Data Engineer, Data Intelligence

I built big data pipelines with PySpark on Databricks and serverless Azure Functions that powered analytics behind major cost savings, spoke on CI/CD best practices at AnsibleFest, and received the Chevron Clear Leader Award.
